Church Ln, Claydon, IpswichIt's a small community style cafe in a porta-cabin. The local community use it for mums and tots etc. but don't let this put you off.The staff are really friendly, the food is good and really affordable. The best thing are the homemade cakes, I don't know if the chef used to own a bakery or what, but all the cakes and savory items are very well made, large potioned and well worth the money.I come here sometimes for lunch when I'm working from home, just to get out of the house.

The Claydon Greyhound
2 Ipswich Rd, Claydon, IpswichBeen driving past the Greyhound for ages and never popped in. Stopped the other night and had a beer and was served by great staff and there is plenty of parking. I'll be back for a few more beers and a meal now.

Chequers Great Blakenham
19 Stowmarket Rd, Great Blakenham, IpswichVisited for the first time yesterday evening. Excellent experience from start to finish. Staff very polite and welcoming. Joni looked after us during the evening - charming. Food was superb. Highly recommended. Will definitely be returning.
