Lower Rd, Onehouse, StowmarketThis café is really lovely. The food is amazing and tastes incredible, the bacon bagel was juicy and the full English breakfast was really tasty. We didn’t have to wait long for our food especially when it was super busy inside. I recommend booking before you come here, as we had to sit on the outside turrets with thankfully a lovely heated lamp, our blankets which her nicely provided, thank you! Staff are polite and very caring, I highly recommend this place will be coming back soon.

The Kings Arms
3 Old St, Haughley, StowmarketAbsolutely fantastic pub, tucked away in a small village with a big heart. Everything was exceptional, including the food. It is a real gem, and the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars for food is because if it waned to, it could push for Michelin stars im sure. Hencethe reason I'm beingso harsh. However, it needs to stay as it is for its surroundings. We'll done.

The Maypole
Stowmarket Rd, Wetherden, StowmarketHaven't been in The Maypole in years, but we were in the vicinity and decided to pop in for a quick drink.What can I say? Such a lovely warm welcome from the barman, an absolutely fantastic selection of drinks and a friendly, chilled vibe.My husband and I were surprised that it was so quiet - despite being a Wednesday early evening. Such a shame that people are not using their local, especially with so many new houses being built in Elmswell & the surrounding villages.Honestly, 10 out of 10 for service & a lovely welcome. We will be incorporating The Maypole into our future country walks. Well done guys, keep up the good work! ?????
