Lavenham Blue Vintage Tea Rooms
Market Place, Lavenham, SudburyWe visited Lavenham on March 12th and when we arrived it was raining, so we popped in Lavenham Blue Vintage tea rooms for a spot of lunch. The atmosphere was charming and cozy, we were welcomed and seated right away. My son got scones and rea, I got the ploughman's with the pork pie and my sister in law got a doorstop sandwich. We finished with the lemon curd cake. Everything was absolutely lovely! Even though our trip to Lavenham was cut short by the rain, our visit to the tea rooms made the whole trip worth it!

If you strike a chord with the owner, particularly on the topic of music, they might even treat you to Nanouk by Frank Zappa—a truly enjoyable experience. It's a memorable place to have visited.

Street Farm House, The St, Brent Eleigh, SudburyWe were lucky to be able to hire the Tudor Barn for our small, quirky wedding. We absolutely loved the entire venue and Juliet was a wonderful host and was so helpful throughout the entire experience. The Tudor Barn is a fantastic venue for a special occasion and we recommend it highly. Our guests thought it was stunning and it catered to all of ours and their needs. Enough space for 45 easily, fab toilets and showers, gorgeous grounds, a large well stocked kitchen, cosy sofas and helpful owners. Truly fab.

The Cock Inn
The Cock Inn Lavenham Road, SudburyGreat place, we had a drink and some sandwiches and chips all were enjoyable.Sandwiches come with a small side salad.The chips were crispy and hot.Lots of variety of drinks both alcoholic and not. There is a choice of inside or outside seating. Both are good.Will be back.

The Great House Hotel and Restaurant
Market Place, Lavenham, SudburyWe dined here on recommendation last night and were not disappointed. The food/ drink, service and ambiance were all outstanding. We both had pheasant with madras curry for our main which was superb. The waiter was incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back - hopefully to stay as well next time - and would thoroughly recommend this lovely place.

Market Ln, Lavenham, SudburyHi don't know the lady's name but very helpful,I and my sister with her husband went there today they had fruit scones which were lovely and I had a cheese one which believe or not goes with clotted cream and blackberry jam or maybe not ? Thank you for scone teas we will be back

Lavenham Greyhound
97 High St, Lavenham, SudburyWent for tapas on a Saturday afternoon; the food was great and the service was brilliant. We had a large selection of tapas and also 2 sharing boards; all were very tasty. We didn’t try the cocktails but they also had a large selection on the menu and a very extensive drinks list. They lensured we had enough space for a pram and a high chair and even kept our daughter’s teething toy behind the bar for us when we left it behind, and kindly washed our daughter’s bib. We booked because we have had a couple of great roasts here, we will definitely be back again for tapas too!

37 Church St, Lavenham, SudburyWe stayed for one night in Lavenham we noticed the pub earlier on in the day and decided to have a wander up. This pub is extremely dog friendly, there offer a dog menu and the 2 ladies that served us gave our dog a lot of fuss and attention. We have already decided that we will back. The food was also amazing. Such a lovely place to with or without.

16A High St, Lavenham, SudburyPopped into Chilli & Chives for a teatime snack yesterday. I had an absolutely fabulous cheese scone and my husband had beautifully light coffee cake. What a delight to have quality home-made produce! Will definitely visit sgain.

71 Water St, Lavenham, SudburyGreat selection of vegan and vegetarian food, hunted high and low over Lavenham for vegan grub and found nothing but the usual plant based burgers that eateries seem to think that vegans subsist on, so was thrilled to find this little gem, great menu, good choice of mains and desserts as well as snacks, great atmosphere, guy who owned it was a great conversationist, he apologised profusely for talking too much but it was great to hear what he had to say, everything seems to be freshly made by him and his wife and tasted absolutely great. Huge selection of vegan ice cream, all created and named by themselves, and prices were quite reasonable. Would definitely recommend eating here. Very enjoyable visit indeed.Vegetarian options: Great vegan selection ?
