Food is always nice - standard KFC. Always hot and nicely prepared.However, they never have Krushems available and they always, always forget something in your order. I don’t think we have ever been and the order has been right. I always give the benefit of the doubt and always end up going back to get what’s been missed.Staff are hit and miss with their customer service skills. None of the self service ordering screens were working so I tried the app, but signal inside the shop wasn't good so had to order at the counter. Food was lovely. Would have given 5 stars if I could have ordered using the self service screens as that would have avoided the queue.

We usually go there.My children love the popcorn chickens served there.Good place for a dine out.Nice little KFC. Food is always hot and fresh and the seating area was clean. The drive thru here is not the quickest though, especially at the weekend.
