Well I last reviewed this place 6 years ago and what a change has occurred, 1 star review changed to 5 stars throughout! In December we had a Christmas party here and I was increased by the quality of food and service especially for the price! Today I took my mother for her birthday, just a nice Sunday roast and now she it talking about getting the widows of the village together there for the next outing so needless to say she is impressed too. Had an early dinner on a Friday and although there weren't many other diners (it was 5pm) it still has a lovely feel about it. Sat upstairs and and had fillet steak with sides, it was 10/10 on flavour and cooked perfectly (med-rare). The staff know how to look after customers, not intrusive but there when you need them, very polite and friendly and really good at their jobs!! First time having a meal at A listers at auroa it was absolutely amazing the food was fresh and hot well presented, although a busy Mothering Sunday lunchtime the wait was minimal the atmosphere was great and staff pleasant. Well done to the staff and exceptional praise to the chef..
