Stayed in a holiday cottage in the village for the weekend and went for a lovely Sunday roast which was absolutely amazing! Friendly welcoming pub atmosphere plenty of space as seating outside either under marquee tent or beer garden. Dog friendly and greeted by the resident pub dog Henry ? who made friends with our Greyhound. Food and service were excellent. Highly recommend ?
Had a great meal here tonight very friendly was a bit late arriving made very welcome and service was excellent main meals were very nice and made the first night of our holiday very enjoyable with our family many thanks highly recommended.

I perform at the white horse pub once every month, mainly on Sundays and the local residents have made me feel so welcome. ? Alan and effin are fantastic hosts and the staff work very hard to ensure you have a great experience. And the food is amazing especially the home cooked roasts. I highly recommend this pub for your Sunday music and roast lunch fix. Just fabulous hence the five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
