With a vast franchise it is very hard to say anything exceptional, but you get exactly what you expect. Staff are nice enough, service is fairly quick, and the pizza's are good.
Pizza hut can often be hit and miss, but this was my best ever visit to one. Ordered using the QR code which was a doddle. If people cant use that system they clearly have issues. Within a minute of putting my order in, my drinks were brought to the table. Salad bar was fully stocked, all clean and tidy. Pizzas came piping hot and perfectly cooked. My only complaint was the order on the app as there was no phone signal and the free WiFi was not available so finding a member of staff to take the order was a pain, food was fantastic. Marked down for atmosphere as there was only about five people there when we were there no one's fault.
