Had a nice meal with friends. 2 courses was plenty for us . My husband particularly enjoyed his liver + bacon .Everyone enjoyed it and we weren't hurried.There is plenty of parking but it was busy when we arrived.
Great Little place with good service in the heart of the Surrey countryside, overlooked by Box Hill. Very good food, with a smallish menu of traditional fare to suit everyone's taste. Ideal for couples, but plenty of room for larger groups if required. Good outdoor seating also. Good beer and larger selection. Very good attentive service.

We had a lovely afternoon tea with family.Vegetarian options: We asked for some of the afternoon teas to be vegetarian/pescetarian and the selection was very nice.Dietary restrictions: We had a person with a nut allergy in our group and they were given their own separate afternoon tea with nut free selections. Very good.
