The theming in the location is awesome, just look up. the ceiling has suffered a shark attack!This is a KFC in a theme park, it going to be busy, and the staff are going to be overwhelmed, i understand that and make allowances, keep up the hard, hot, and under paid work team.
Absolutely terrible service. The restaurant isn't specified/suitable for the required volume of customers at all. We had to wait c. 40mins for our order. The counter area was packed with something like a hundred people; it was really hard to hear the ticket numbers that the staff were shouting out. When I temporarily left the massive crowd/queue and asked a member of staff 'is this normal' he said 'ha - some people have been waiting one and a half hours!'. It's not bad. It wasn't has good as the last time we visited, but I will tip my hat to the staff who keep the place tidy and all the tables clean they do an amazing job especially when there are so many dirt bags who dont clean up after themselves the staff are extremely quick and cleaning down and making sure the tables are for the next customers ???
