Visited for a festive hot chocolate (and toblerone latte in my case) with the family on Christmas eve. Really appreciated being allowed to bring our spaniel in to sit in the back room. Hot drinks delicious and we also tried a white chocolate tiffin slice - pricey but a lovely treat!Kid-friendliness: Welcoming to all ages
Complete dum-dum on the till screwing up my Fiancé's experience (in regards to paying), and the cake purchased was' dry and unloved'. The Coffee itself WAS good ☕?

Coffee to a good standard, served professionally.Air conditioning not great, can be hit and miss.Toilets not clean, looked abandoned, fittings loose, no evidence of routine checks. This is the main area where Nero has a big edge over Costa.
