Lovely people who work there. high prices for little in return. And very little option towards a healthy product. Most are processed with sugars and none are really very healthy. They use to have a bit better options but nothing vegan or vegetarian that are healthy. And the meat options are very high in sugar. I have been in many Costa Coffee shops over the years, the majority of which all you could say is "its a Coffee shop what more do you expect" however the Costa Coffee shop in Cranleigh is clearly different all the staff are fantastic they are friendly and helpful and above all if they see that you have a mobility issue or have a large amount of shopping with you (or for that matter a couple of young children) they always offer to bring your order to your table. Absolutely lovely. The staff are cheerful and actually talk to you. Good and helpful service, clean and warm. This is so different to other Costa's, they didn't bat an eyelid when a vulnerable person in a dinosaur costume came in. Well done to them
