We had a gluten free afternoon tea here with my family for my birthday. The staff were brilliant & 1st class service all afternoon.The only hiccup was that there were no changing facilities for my 7 week old granddaughter, so a changing mat on the floor of the disabled toilet had to do.Everything else was perfect.Dietary restrictions: 100% gluten free
Surprisingly on arrival it wasn't intimidating at all. Throughout, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating & cheerful. Clientele were at the time in the senior category & the atmos was friendly and genuine.The afternoon tea & prosecco were splendid, with an array of tea blends on offer. The selection of baked scones arrrived warm & were absolutely delicious. A doggy box/bag was provided for take homes without issue. Just popped in for coffee, so beautiful and glorious surroundings. Coffee came with a shortbread biscuit which was a nice surprise. Lovely to wander the grounds. All very relaxing. Menus looked good!
