The staff are kind, thoughtful, and professional, even when guests make mistakes. The food and drinks are exceptional, with a wide variety of options that cater to dietary requirements. The afternoon tea is particularly impressive, beating even the renowned Savoy, Ritz, and Dorchester. The hotel also boasts excellent spa and gym facilities, including a Peloton bike. Guests can enjoy a comfortable stay with an excellent shower and a good range of hot drinks. The hotel is currently undergoing construction work, but it will soon become an exclusive couples resort, no longer accepting family or corporate bookings.
