8 of us went to celebrate my birthday on a Tuesday night. It was quiet with only another 6 diners. Food was fantastic. Great choice of hot and cold and plenty for vegetarians and also vegan options. Some of the party had never been to a Japanese restaurant before and said how much they enjoyed it. Service also excellent and food arrived I batches as we kept ordering more dishes. We have been to Kanzzi a few times now since it opened, both for lunch and dinner. The food is absolutely delicious and really fresh. Our kids love the bento boxes at lunchtime and it's also great for a couples' date night or with friends. The Riesling is brilliant and very reasonable. Must try dish = tuna tacos. Enjoy!

I couldn’t fault our meal. Having travelled in Japan and eaten in many Japanese restaurants over here, I can be quite picky but the quality here was excellent. Every dish we had looked beautiful and tasted even better. Highlights were the seared belly salmon sashimi and special spider crab roll. Prices were as expected for Japanese food and service was friendly and efficient. Can’t wait to return and try more of the menu.
