I always love Nandos' food and the staff here are lovely. However, the restaurant itself could do with a facelift/better atmosphere. Sticky tables, weird layout with booths in the middle but tables round the side isn't very cosy. And THAT DOOR. PLEASE FIX THE DOOR. ?
I do not recommend ordering delivery from Nando's as we had items missing and had to go through Deliveroo to get the refund (which took a long time), the restaurant staff were not really interested in this information when I called even though the items could have been missing due to the restaurant not providing them to the delivery driver.
