Had my first trip to the Crossways last Sunday and thoroughly enjoyed myself! The beer festival was running and not only was there a great selection but all the ales were in fantastic condition! Honestly the best beers I’ve had in a long time. The staff were amazing and the pub itself is clean, pleasant and still captures the traditional pub style and atmosphere. Really solid little pub with a lovely outside area, the flowers and borders are so well kept. Lots of different Bees, which is a plus for my daughter!The bar was friendly and the beer was fresh even if the selection was a little old school. Definitely worth a stop on the way up the hill

Great choice of beers. A real village pub - no gastro here, although when Teresa is doing food (C-19 has halted it for now) it's good and wholesome. Teresa is the epitome of a village pub landlady (hope that's not sexist).
