Spent a small fortune on an order and didn't come with any of the dips I ordered and paid for. Phoned up and they said the driver forgot them, but they wouldn't send anyone to deliver them. Crap service. Worst hangover ever.
I am a Staff Nurse and I work with Farnham Road Mental Health Hospital, Guildford. I ordered pizza worth £43.22 that was not delivered but I received a text message that it had been when it was not. I consider this to be fraudulent and unacceptable. I work hard for my money; I was hungry and patronized your services but got disappointed. Delivery times have got very poor in recent months, often takes 60-90 minutes to arrive, additionally they have got my order wrong on both of my last orders. Seems to be going downhill at the moment.
