Sebastian catered for my birthday last weekend. What a wonderful chap, so dedicated to making the evening go smoothly. His paella was so delicious offering a variety of flavours such as seafood, chicken and vegan. All were amazing and such generous portions! His stand and tent were colourful with wonderful banners and giant paella pans where he cooked on site, so the food was served hot and fresh. Initially found as one of only three places that deliver to us on Uber Eats. Very impressed with quality and quantity of food. Lovely fresh flavours - Good traditional flavours. We ordered Seafood Paella, Calamari and Potatoes (+ Aioli). Portions were huge!
