Cosy atmosphere. Can get very noisy and warm on a busy day when the fire is on (had a very sweaty Christmas dinner here two years ago!).On our most recent visit we had absolutely delicious food that was only let down by a very disappointing and slightly overcooked creme brulé. One of the best pubs in Guildford! Me and friends came here for drinks and dinner on Wednesday. The food was just to die for and it was just so fresh and well presented. The staff were very friendly and food was out with in good time. They have a great wine and drink menu as well. We was seated upstairs what was lovely and the tables was in a nice area also not to close together. Would definitely be coming back here!

Was taken there by a friend and what a joy. Busy, joyful atmosphere with a very mixed clientele. The service was exceptional and the staff her knowledgeable and efficient without being pushy. I absolutely loved it and will definitely visit again. But book first as it was only through sheer luck we were able to get a table.
