Staff had me waiting at the till, while they were talking to each other looking at some screen. I understand that they might have been doing something, but at least acknowledge your customers. I'm in the sales industry and deal with customers face to face every day. If your doing something either stop doing it when a customer enters or just make the customer aware that you'll be with them shortly. Better still call someone else to serve if so possible, it makes a big difference...read full review

Absolute joke food was stone cold and wrong on several items upon delivery, and looked like it was tossed around, and the best they can do is refund £5.98 order was £32.00 don’t order from here unless you want to be disappointed !!

Take out chicken wings and chips for night snacking, after 15 minutes wait got my order, which was cold and chips were not even near to eatables.Not going back there in any case, as it was my bad experience for the second time in the same branch. Haven't been to any miserable kfc like this one before.
