The food was great with excellent service from our American waitress. The menu was wide and varied and has something to suit everyone. There's a very adequate set meal option if you want to keep the costs down, or you can spend a ridiculous amount on top quality steak. I'm unlikely to be in the area again, but would definitely use this restaurant if I was.

Have ordered a couple of times now and the food is so delicious! Would highly recommend. They always give a veg curry for free with the order and so much salad. Amazing service amazing food!

Unit T7A, Two Rivers Retail Park, Mustard Mill Rd, StainesWe made a long overdue visit to Prezzo Staines, on the 23rd January. Lovely to be recognised and greeted by such friendly smiles from Carmen and Julie, who between them made our entire return visit a real pleasure. Also a massive shout-out to the Chef who cooked me the most delicious Roast Salmon dish (now, I'm normally an out and out Prezzo pasta person, but I shall be very tempted to try this dish again, it was THAT good). Me and the other half definitely recommend a visit if you're anywhere near two rivers shopping centre in Staines.

45, Two Rivers Shopping Centre, StainesAt first when we arrived it was a bit messy and slow but Imogen who served us was an excellent waitress and worked hard to provide the best possible service even though we could see she was the only one serving. They had ran out of fajitas so I had the burger and husband had the steak. The kids had fish fingers and ribs. All of the food came out hot well presentable and delicious! I had a few cocktails too and they were really nice. Thank you Imogen for making our family meal a lovely experience!

Had excellent burgers and steak frites along with some starters. desserts and drinks. The food was tasty and delivered quickly, and the service was excellent and cordial. The open air terrace overlooking the Thames on a sunny Sunday afternoon was fantastic. Would definitely dine here again.

Firstly I ordered around of drinks for my family. Which was taken by very well presented waiting staff, who were also very polite and helpful. After being given a jug of ice and water on our arrival. We proceeded to mull over the menu and await the arrival of our drinks. After ordering from menu. to which they had a good choice of roast dinners with trimmings. After ordering a roast beef dinner, I asked if I could have an additional Yorkshire pudding and gravey. My family all opted for the sea bass. As we all awaited for ourfood to be cooked and served. I then realised that 30 minutes had passed, since I originally ordered our drinks. On inquiring to find out where the drinks were. They had completely forgotten about the drinks order. But said as an away of apology, that the wouldn't charge for the drinks. Now the on the arrival of our dinner's, perfectly cook sea bass and trimmings. Which my family really enjoyed. But here comes the but, my roast dinner looked great in appearance except for the Yorkshire puddings. There were a very dark brown and hard to the touch. Disintegrating when you try to cut into them. I question this to one of the staff only to be told. That there probably baked it in the morning and by the time I got it reheated by 5.30 pm it was rock solid. Could it get any worse I thought to myself. Well the lovely looking piece of roast beef. That adorned my plate lying over the the freshly cooked green spring cabbage and mange tout beens. Along the fresh carrots and roatèd parsnip and roast potatoes. Looked good enough to eat and they were. But the star attraction unfortunately the roast beef was not. It was very stringy which made it hard to cut through. I again mentioned this to same staff member as to whom I mentioned about the Yourkshire pudding being hard. Only to be told yes it can be a bit stringy So rather than replace the beef or offer an alternative, she then turned around and proceeded to walk of.
I would have given 5 Stars but for the reasons mentioned above.

you can go at any time any day to an ancient pub dating from 1610, it'll be busy and friendly, with a village green type thing opposite, and pay under a 5er for well kept real ale. It feels more like Hampshire in about 2002 than Staines in 2025. Hope it lives forever

It was late in the evening but it felt much like a locals pub. The beer was good, there is sports shown on TV, a pool and darts board. The pub is split into 3 sections, saloon bar, public bar and then what looked like a restaurant part.

14 Shepperton Rd, Laleham, Staines-upon-Thames, StainesHaving passed this place everyday on my way to work I decided to book it for our works night out. Inside is lovely and has a very cosy feel about it. We were seated in the Garden Room which was perfect for a party of 30. Service was impeccable and Lottie was very attentive all night, nothing was too much trouble. Food was amazing and we were able to choose from a varied menu, everyone really enjoyed the evening and the prices were reasonable too. Definitely worth a visit.
