This Pub has been a local pub for years… but regardless of your who you are, what you do for a job etc etc, it’s welcoming and good to have a pint in anytime. Everyone’s friendly and the pub welcomes everyone regardless
Such a lovely authentically old pub! The barmaid Gemma is an asset to the pub and made us feel so welcome. But so did the locals and the landlord. The prices are so reasonable. You definitely have to visit and I will be coming back again.

First time in here after living in area for many years. Deceiving from the front but has 2 seperate bars to chose from. Main bar is busier with more space and side bar with dart board is cozy with similar ambience but able to hold a conversation without having to shout. Jukebox on a Friday banging out some decent choons thanks to the locals which gave a good vibe. Sode bar also has dart board! Will be going back again, nice little pub ?
