I was on my way to a nearby cafe for a quick bite and coffee when suddenly thought I should better go to this cafe suggested by my friends. I turned around and headed to Armadillo in Virginia Water. Greeted by the lovely staff who were very pleasant. Asked for the wifi and they gave straight away, saying it may be temperamental but worked well. Ive been here twice for their full English breakfast and it’s very nice, the food is high quality for a reasonable price, I used to think the old school cafe was the best in the area but armadillo is just as high quality ingredients, at a better price and you get
I had a brunch here on a weekday morning. I ordered scrambled eggs on toasted sourdough bread and a flat white coffee to eat in.The cafe was a little busy at the time but there was still free tables inside. I chose to sit outside as it was such warm weather.While waiting for my food the lady who took my order came out to ask what drink I wanted, so I repeated my order for her.After just over ten minutes my food arrived and strangely I was asked again if I wanted a drink with it....read full review
