Staff are not professional. Usually talking loudly and laughing and carrying on in the kitchen. Food takes a long time to get due to the carry on with staff along with them putting priority to deliveroo/ubereat delveries and drive throughs. In restaurant customers are 3rd in priority even though your order came first.
