Had a delicious carvery and lemon blizzard dessert this evening all at a great price and great service, with a special mention to Maddie who went above and beyond in providing us with exceptional care and customer service, an asset to the Toby team ☺️

ASK Italian

Food was brilliant, lovely and peaceful atmosphere and we were served quickly. Our server Sophie was kind and knowledgable!
If you have any allergens then this is the place to come, they are so accommodating and take care of you so well. Highly recommend!

Millies Cookie's Gateshead - Unit 67a

I had a take away order for a giant cookie and it was for our jungle themed golf bussiness so asked if they could do something jungle themed and maybe a monkey face… I was blown away by the amount of talent that went it to my cookie and was amazingly surprised.

Hotel Chocolat

A lovely store, but it’s the staff who make it extra special. Christian has been extremely helpful, friendly and kind. I hope he’s not just seasonal staff….he’s a credit to you @Hotel Chocolat

We were taken straight to a table, didn’t wait long for drinks or food, the food was lovely and Ian our waiter was lovely checked that everything was okay and if we needed more drinks very attentive

Nando's Metro Centre - Qube

Very nice meal, the food had great flavour and the staff were friendly and nice. After multiple visits, I’ve never had a poor experience! It can get busy at times and sometimes contains large groups of young kids, but overall it’s a nice place to go for food while shopping. The staff are friendly and nice and manage the restaurant well which makes for a pleasant experience.

Greggs

Just had a Flat White and Bacon Sandwich from here - I often order this , this was brilliant even by Greggs standard, service, and the Sandwich was fully loaded with lots of brown Sauce- thank you

Plenty of space staff see to yr tables. Place order at counter then it gets delivered to yr table clraning tables etc staff at door so no body can just walk in well organized with covid going on

YO! Gateshead MetroCentre

I was having such a stressful day and what can I say sushi always sorts me out and Yo Sushi did not disappoint ?

Food was tasty, fresh & good variety of options. Like the additions of soy sauce etc. with the little trays. Clean tables, good atmosphere.

Forgot the name of the lady with piercings who served me but she was so nice, had a lovely chat and was very attentive. Ordered food arrived quickly and there was a good selection available on the belt already despite it being near the end of the day.

Overall great experience, thanks for making me happy again!

Mooboo Metrocentre - The Best Bubble Tea

Good bubble tea from here & better than the bubble tea stores on the lower floors, cant go wrong with moo boo. Only thing stopping this place from thriving is its location because a lot of people probably don't realise its there !

Namco Funscape

Was here on the weekend (18/10/2]25) for a friend's son's birthday, they had 2 games of bowling, food each and a couple of turns on the go karts. Plus they had a few turnss on the arcades too. Amazing I think, it was a fun time had by all ?

Muffin Break

The staff at the Muffin Break always give excellent customer service even at their busiest times.
The shop is always clean and tidy and food is displayed nicely.
Highly recommend

Wetherspoons

A very busy pub at Gateshead Metrocentre and tho I visited on a Sunday it was still full and often there's no seats available so it's better to visit at quieter times Meals available all day and there's lots of other retail outlets nearby spread over 2 floors Easily accessed by bus from the Interchangs in Gateshead Centre or the connecting rail station with services to Carlisle Sunderland and Middlesbrough regularly

Thaikhun

We visited Thaikun at the Metrocentre and overall had a really nice experience. The decor and atmosphere were fantastic — the space is beautifully designed and creates a great setting for a relaxed meal.

The food was good and we enjoyed what we ordered, but the service and overall pace of the meal felt a bit slow, which slightly took away from the experience. While everything was pleasant, it didn’t quite leave us with that “can’t wait to come back” feeling, so we probably wouldn’t rush back anytime soon.

That said, it’s definitely a lovely place to visit if you’re in the area and want somewhere with great ambiance and a calm dining environment.

Mr Pretzels

Lovely soft pretzels with plenty of topping optionsIf you’re looking for a little snack whilst shopping then Mr Pretzels is definitely worth a look.There’s a wide range of toppings to satisfy your sweet tooth but there’s also a few toppings on the savoury side too! - Including pizza and Parmesan cheese toppings!We went for the Nutella pretzel, we had to wait 4 minutes whilst the fresh pretzels were getting made which is fine because they came out warm and soft which just made them even better!They also sell drinks too which is handy.The lady who served me today was friendly and I got served straight away as there was no queue but be warned that this place can get really busy, especially at peak times and weekends.

Buffet King

Came here again and I love it, the food is nice and the staff is polite. It's a bit expensive but you get a lot of food, even for picky eaters (there are fries and chicken nuggets too). The desserts are included in the price.

Big Lukes

Popped to the Metro Centre after watching NUFC for some food,friendly staff,decent selection of food,high chair for my Grandson,place was clean and saw staff cleaning whilst we where eating aswell.\nCouple of 'observations' some naan for the curry would have been good also some maple syrup for the pancakes too,otherwise we all got fed and left Happy enough and would return if in the area again.
