Millies Cookie's Gateshead - Unit 67a

I had a take away order for a giant cookie and it was for our jungle themed golf bussiness so asked if they could do something jungle themed and maybe a monkey face… I was blown away by the amount of talent that went it to my cookie and was amazingly surprised.

ASK Italian

Great atmosphere and attentive staff. Gluten free knowledgeable. Would be nice to have gluten free dough balls or garlic bread.

Dietary restrictions: Had a separate menu for gluten free.

Hotel Chocolat

I was lucky enough to call in here yesterday with my sister and we had a delightful visit with fantastic service.\nWe were served by an exceptional team member called Anna. She was super helpful and even provided a few little samples FOC while we were enjoying our carrot cake and banana bread...which I have to say were both delicious.\nHotel Chocolate is a little pricier than the nearby competition but with our VIP discount card, quality products and outstanding service came at an affordable price. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely restaurant for a relaxed meal, great welcome from two ladies who showed us to table and took out order. Really friendly service from Eric. All food was hot, fresh and tasty, we had Nacho’s, chicken and beef strip fajitas, with pop corn brownie and ice cream for dessert. Excellent food and surroundings.

Greggs

Just had a Flat White and Bacon Sandwich from here - I often order this , this was brilliant even by Greggs standard, service, and the Sandwich was fully loaded with lots of brown Sauce- thank you

Nando's Metro Centre - Qube

My family and I visited this branch and we had the most amazing experience. The food was on point and the team were extremely attentive, it was close to closing time but they accommodated us and provided a 5 star service in particular Jordan and Corey.

Plenty of space staff see to yr tables. Place order at counter then it gets delivered to yr table clraning tables etc staff at door so no body can just walk in well organized with covid going on

We had a kids birthday party here recently and it was great value and very easy! Bowling, dodgems, food, arcade tokens and party bags. All the kids left very happy and we were stress free. Well worth it, thank you Jodie for looking after us!

YO! Gateshead MetroCentre

Great food, if you can get it a lot of the main menu foods weren't available and we waited while for the conveyor belt to be filled, there was very little on it when we arrived. The staff are always so lovely but there aren't enough of them. It seems they're way under staffed at the busiest times which just adds to the frustration for everyone.

Muffin Break

We always have good service at muffin break but today was exceptional. Thank you to the staff today came in with my disabled daughter and the staff could not have done enough. Coffee and food was excellent my daughter thoroughly enjoyed it. We will be back soon. Thanks again

Wetherspoons

Mostly come in here for lunch when shopping at Metrocentre. It is always value for money and we love the food here.. Sharing platters for 3 are a hit with my child... Might need to wait a few minutes for a table as it's full on weekend days.

visit here for bubble tea 2-3 times every month, nice staff, the drinks always up to standard, they have lots of special drinks on the menu that you couldn't find anywhere, and their tapioca is the best in Newcastle

Lovely soft pretzels with plenty of topping optionsIf you’re looking for a little snack whilst shopping then Mr Pretzels is definitely worth a look.There’s a wide range of toppings to satisfy your sweet tooth but there’s also a few toppings on the savoury side too! - Including pizza and Parmesan cheese toppings!We went for the Nutella pretzel, we had to wait 4 minutes whilst the fresh pretzels were getting made which is fine because they came out warm and soft which just made them even better!They also sell drinks too which is handy.The lady who served me today was friendly and I got served straight away as there was no queue but be warned that this place can get really busy, especially at peak times and weekends.

Delicious Food the pad Thai is to die for along with sugar plum beef jerky. Good prices for wonderful food. Great customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Buffet King

Lovely meal for 4. Was seated outside, so close to the passing shoppers, which is why gave 4 for atmosphere. Service great, quick at clearing plates. Lovely selection of dishes.

Big Lukes

Half decent buffet, offering a variety of different world foods. All food was hot and fresh, and most was of a very good quality and well prepared. The burgers fell very short of the standard set by everything else here, they were burnt and the buns were stale. Drinks were unlimited and they had a good range of off brand offerings. Staff were freindly enough and attentive to tables by clearing plates away between visits to the buffet. Price was a little high but overall a good place to grab something to eat whilst at the metro and expecially if you cant settle on what to have since they cover just about everything.
