We arrived here with great expectations and our experience exceeded this. A lovely informal atmosphere and waiting until every table had arrived then service began. Everyone is served together which makes perfect sense. The food was sublime and clever.what surprised us was that despite choosing the non vegetarian tasting menu, there were 2 dishes consisting of vegetables but the flavour, oh my god. Another great meal at Nest, from the cocktails to the wine, service & of course the food everything was top notch. I love the excitement of waiting to see what each dish on the tasting menu will be. My favourite dishes this time around were And the beet goes on (the spicy carrot at the bottom was delicious) and my little dumpling which had the most wonderful unctuous chicken broth. Perfect ambiental music. Lovely food. Perfectly aligned serving. Too few words for a perfect culinary experience. There are still dishes I need to try, so I’ll come back for sure!
