Brilliant as always , I love their skull vibe , the two lasses who run the place are always friendly and helpful with a smile , the dirty chai I had was lush , and the doughnuts were amazing

I visited R Place on my way home to get a flavour of what it was looking to achieve and add to the shopping experience in North Shields. It was another breath of fresh air with a friendly and atmosphere, very well laid out and clean. The bakes looked tasty and homemade and of course the coffee was first class. Amazing donuts, although I'm sure that they must lace them with crack because I'm totally addicted. The coffee is gorgeous too. I love the look of the place, the music is brilliant, the staff are lovely and polite. I can't wait till I can sit in here; listen to rock music and drink great coffee, all while eating incredible donuts and brownies!Update: the menu changes every month, the new sausage rolls they have added are superb. Still highly recommended
