An off the road gem of a place. Madasafish has been consistently one of the very best fish and chip takeaways in the Sunderland/Whitburn area. The staff are always friendly - feels like a proper community takeaway. They always have time for a natter. Walked from Seaburn and got hungry. Stumbled across this gem. Had an interesting discussion on what scraps/batter/crackling/bits called. Very tasty well cooked fish bites (good sized pieces) and chips. Washed down with great ales at nearby Blues Micropub where you can take in your takeaway.
