It's not often you go out of your way to write a positive review for a coffee chain. But the staff and service provided in this little coffee shop is second to none! Karen was particularly helpful in answering our questions and making sure our drinks are just right.
Visited Costa in Abergavenny town today and was served by a delightful lady.\\n\\nThe lady that served me at the till had a positive attitude, very helpful with great customer service. Which goes a long way.
