Family celebration on Sunday , most impressed with the menu ,service was excellent, had the Beef brisket and it was cooked to perfection couldn’t handle a sweet ,main was a filler definitely will be returning , nice to have a quality restaurant close to home , well done guys keep up the good workFood & drinks: Nice atmosphere
Can't beat the food at slate.was there last Saturday having a Xmas dinner the meal was spot on and plenty of my plate well worth the money.the staff are great as well.if you haven't been to the slate you have missed out on good

Great place just outside of Bangor.Such a warm welcome and service.Will be staying again. I am sure of it.Didn't give 5 for room as didn't get any shower gel, which seems trivial but didn't bring any as it is normally expected...
