We’ve been to the Mackworth for Sunday lunch for two family occasions recently and the food and service has been fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for Victoria and her team and we will definitely be back again!
We called into the pub on a Friday night while staying in the area over the weekend. We were so impressed with the food we returned again on the Saturday night. Over the two nights we had tried the gammon, burger, homemade curry and the grilled chicken. We also squeezed in a waffle for dessert. The food is amazing and we are already planning on when we can visit again. The staff were very friendly. Thank you to Victoria and Wayne for making us feel welcome. Absolute gem of a place to eat ! Visited here yesterday whilst celebrating a little festive break away with my husband and boy did we enjoy !! Homemade food served in a tranquil environment ! Very good food at great value! Great festive feel also a bonus x
