We decided to pop in for Sunday lunch at peak time short notice as other pubs had been booked up. Upon arrival we were shocked to see that there was not a single soul having food here - a few were drinking in the front pub-part, whereas the restaurant was quiet. Went for Sunday lunch,very tasty, had the beef which I recommend.The pub was virtually empty which is sad to see, but I suppose it is a sign of the times.The beer was good , well worth a visit . Thanks.
