A very nice pub with excellent quality food and very nice service.A little bit more expensive than most pubs but the quality reflects the price. I'll be going there again very soon.
We arrived late afternoon with a dog in tow, tired and cold after a wet shopping trip in the City. After ordering our drinks we were told that the kitchen had closed but would reopen at 1630 if we were happy to wait. The young barmaid apologised for not informing us of this sooner and explained that she had been working on her own due to staff sickness and had lost track of time.
