New drive thru layout not very clear, lack of signage to explain you now need to stop and talk not order through window. When getting to the window the member of staff was so poor at explaining it was easier to just drive back around. Once food finally ordered, paid (same window you used to order at) and went to collection window (not ready) no big deal but when the food came out to the car no forks and no napkins, fine until you try and eat beans or coleslaw.We stopped going...read full review
When we arrived, staff were emptying bins and most tables were full, which was nice to see. We quickly made an order on the touchscreen machines, which unfortunately didn't give us a receipt. We explained that we did need receipts, but we were told "These machines don't give receipts."We explained that we needed receipts since we need to claim back the food. Supposedly a £300,000 refurbishment... and yet no coffee working machine. The self-service machines not working. And there's a bucket catching the drips from the drinks machine! So well worth the money? The only good things were the fries and zinger tower.
