The Jackdaw
High St, ConwyThis place is next level. The food was of such a high standard if felt like it should be on a tv show like The Great British menu. The knowledge and sustainability aspects was quite something aswell. We had a lovely young male waiter who was incredibly engaging. All in all an amazing experience at a really good price point for what you get.

The Jester's Tower
Castle Square, Castle St, ConwyWe visited in the late morning and ordered a Cappuccino, a hot chocolate, and a slice of carrot cake. We were promptly served, as the shop was not overly crowded. We found the atmosphere to be quite pleasant, with a cozy ambiance and a lovely view of the bridge and river.
While the Cappuccino was enjoyable, the milk foam could have been a bit thicker, and the drink's temperature could have been slightly cooler.
Overall, we had a delightful experience and would certainly consider returning.

Upstairs at Anna's
9 Castle St, ConwyThe food was tremendous and staff lovely. The only issue was how long it takes for the food to be delivered. If you're not in a rush then no problem, but if you're limited in time it could be an issue. Other than that very small thing it was lovely.

Rozi's
119 Station Rd, Conwy2nd visit to Deganwy and 2nd time of ordering. Being Indian, I was very specific about my order. It was definitely taken in to consideration. Absolutely fantastic spinach and lamb last time but only wanted a Naga King Prawn starter. It blew my head off as I wanted and just look at the size of the Prawn! Perfect in every way. Thank you so much.

L's Coffee & Bookshop
7 High St, ConwyAn excellent breakfast this morning! Two of us had the granola, and two had a halloumi breakfast bagel. Absolutely delicious and reasonable priced too, especially compared to a terrible cafe up the road. Smoothies were excellent, and a decent cup of coffee too. Friendly but not overbearing staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. 100% recommended.

The Ye Olde Mail Coach
High St, ConwyYe Olde Mail Coach, Conwy.
A pub so rugged it makes a pirate’s beard weep.
I strolled in during the pirate festival, air thick with rum, sea shanties, and cedarwood.
A man, nay, a parrot-man, squawked wisdom at me through cider mist.
They called me Sugar Snatch.
My melon was ready to blow.
The barmaid poured pints like ancient druids summoned fog.
The gents’ smelled of regret and cinnamon urinal blocks.
Rough and ready, Yes.
The patrons, Radiant goblins of kindness.
A badger hasn't been that happy since the great worm moon of ’84. I left possibly cursed, but smiling.

Fishermans Chip Shop
3 Castle St, ConwyFabulous service from the Fisherman's chip shop. We put in a pre-order for 18 people on Saturday. Jonny and Chris were really helpful in the ordering process, and then on the night the lady behind the counter was absolutely on it! Every order was correct (this is a rarity in itself!) but she even put everyone’s names on their box so we knew whose was whose! It was all ready bang on time, and perfectly cooked. Excellent job! Thank you!

Food was great, service by all of the staff was excellent, special mention to Caleb, as he was attentive and also was in tune with our sense of humour.

Paysanne
147 Station Rd, Deganwy, ConwyVisiting the area for a couple of days we had a great meal at Paysanne. It was very reasonable for the quality of the food and wine. The restaurant was busy and full so you definitely need to book in advance.
We'd seen the menu in advance so knew there were good options for meat, fish and vegetarian eaters but there were extra fish options on the day which presumably varies depending on availability.
Staff were friendly and accommodating and the owner was helpful with some particular requests our party had.
As a bonus we parked right outside but there was also a car park across the road.
We will definitely return when we are next in the area and recommend it as a quality place to go for a lovely meal

Woosey's Catch Of Conwy
Mill Hill, Gyffin, ConwyThe other half had been asking for fish and chips for months, since May, in fact - and every time I'd managed to steer us to pizza instead. I don't do chippies. They always make me feel bad, greasy stodge that sits on my stomach.
But, on Saturday just gone, we'd decided to have an evening in Conwy and the time was nigh. The Archway where we'd previously been had no parking for the van. A quick Google and we see a chip shop with less reviews and a higher score - and a handy car park! Let's give it a whirl.
Immediately when we arrive, you can tell this place is popular, it's insanely busy - and it's not in a heavily trafficked area - this is a good sign.
I walked in and what struck me immediately - this place doesn't smell like old oil. Everything's clean. It smells only of fresh food. They've got a sign that says all orders are made fresh. They aren't lying.
There was a wait for my food through it being so busy - and for it being made fresh.
Now - it's not cheap, probably a bit more than average - but let me tell you as someone who doesn't care for fish and chips - this. place. is. great.
I *will* be back.
Everything was so fresh. The portion sizes were sensible. The chips, the fish, the chicken, everything was spot on.
Was going to actually go back in to tell them the above, but it was too damn busy. Next time we're in Conwy, we'll be back.

Conwy Marina Ellis Way, ConwyI have visited the Mulberry Pub for at least 15 years. The food served is pricy but always so tasty, so well worth the price paid. And the view on Conwy marina is majestic and unique. However, I found some staff were not very friendly and some other guests were pushy and rude.

Jalsa Tandoori
31 Castle St, ConwyWe had a wonderful time at this restaurant. You will get some authentic Indian style cuisine here. Chicken biryani, seekh kebab, paneer shashlik, and especially Bombay aloo were mind blowing. The chef and the staff was really kind and also customised the spiciness according to our requirements. Location is great. You can get ur own drinks too. And finally the dishes are reasonably priced.
This restaurant deserves a 5 star definitely.

Signatures Restaurant
Aberconwy Resort & Spa, ConwyWe told the chef that we were vegan, but we also like to eat fish. He changed his fish of the day menu to accommodate us instead of the extravagant cream sauce. He made a delightful relish of carrots and pickles, and topped the fish with breadcrumbs and parsley, I have never had my request accommodated so well. Thank you for the exquisite meal. I should mention to that there is a full vegetarian menu and any of it can be made Vegan. They allowed us to eat on the patio as the weather was magnificent. Usually that’s where you have drinks before you go into the proper dining room.

Sorry didn't use any facilities or speak to anyone, or sadly take a pic. There to top up, and move on - quickly. Very handy location though with many chargers unavailable / out use enroute during May. EXPENSIVE but when you need juice you bite the bullit! Ouch.
