Over an hour for a delivery that was quoted as 30 mins..... eventually arrive stone cold !Called to check when we could expect delivery or at least the time it left store apparently this is not possible
Absolutely awful service this evening the pizza turned up cold, rang the store to let them know. Lady that answered was polite enough, passed me through to someone else who could help. The man refused to believe they were cold, telling me I'm wrong and they're hot as he quality checks them himself and they go straight out for delivery once they've been cooked. After waiting over an hour decided to ring for an update on our order, we were told they were short on drivers with no time frame. Ended up having to go and pick it up ourselves, a quick phone call to us and we could have picked it up a lot sooner had we been made aware! So ended up with cold and disappointing food. Definitely not worth the 62 quid.
