It,s a wet pub only, very small no creature comforts old benches and chairs not been modernised and prettified and ruined more of a locals pub ,very friendly patrons and staff I loved it but it wouldn't be everyone s cup of tea. Sometimes all I want is a drink and a chat
How many pubs can you go into, especially on your own, and be welcomed in a warm, human way? In this day and age of smartphones and technology, how refreshing it is to be somewhere where there is a sense that it is people who matter, and you do not feel that it is all impersonal. This is how pubs should be, but often aren't. What is more to the point in a pub (apart from the beer ?) than human warmth? ?
