Lovely cosy atmosphere, staff second to none, couldnt do enough to help and advise. Great choice of beers and wines well presented and served. Will definately be calling again. Looking forward to food being served there again.
This is a wonderful little pub that dies restaurant quality food with a warm friendly welcome. The service is professional yet homely. The menu is varied but not too cluttered. A wide variety for all tastes. We love going there and will visit frequently. P.s. the Torbay Chicken is amazing. Creamy cheese and leek sauce on a large chicken breast. The burger is incredible.... its a monster but juicy and tasty. Desert is home made and worth staying for. . Sorry we didn't get chance...read full review

After the complete renovation by new owners, it looks great. It serves two good real ales, and has Sky sport.Unfortunately, problems finding a chef means that food is limited to certain days.Check before going.
