Wow, what a stunning little hotel. Lovely relaxed atmosphere led by efficient, helpful staff, and absolutely gorgeous, beautifully presented food that looks as good as it tastes. I am unable to rate the rooms at The Unicorn as I went for lunch. The lunch service was exceptional and the food was well cooked, plentiful and tasty.The Unicorn is in a beautiful area of mid Wales within easy reach of the Rhayader and Clywedog Dams. If you do go for lunch be sure to book.Walkability: The Unicorn is situated in Llanidloes which is a market town with plenty of facilities in the area. If you are looking for a well priced quality accommodation in Mid Wales, look no further. Breakfast was beautifully presented, and there was plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful
