High St, Brynsiencyn, LlanfairpwllgwyngyllPopped in for a couple of drinks on a cold and rainy Saturday afternoon and the welcome from the landlady couldn’t have been better. The locals we met were very friendly and there was a great atmosphere too.

The Codmother
Niwbwrch, LlanfairpwllgwyngyllMe, my mom & sister came to Newborough on holiday for a few days last weekend and was recommended this chippy by our air b&b host Abby, stating it is “excellent” and she wasn’t wrong. We had fish, chips & curry sauce and it was so so nice. Really fresh and great portion size. The lady who served us was so lovely and friendly too. If we come back to newborough we’ll definitely be back. Thank you x

Hooton's Vegetable Farm Shop
Gwydryn Hir, Brynsiencyn, LlanfairpwllgwyngyllOur new regular visit! Mr Hootons spuds are amazing! the entire family love them ❤️ Today we even bagged a golden spud so got one for tree!!! yeah!! Highly recommend :)

Glan Menai Fish & Chips
Glan Menai, Ffordd Caergybi, LlanfairpwllgwyngyllHad cod & chips to take away. Shop was very clean and lady was often wiping surfaces while i was waiting. Fish cooked to order and wait was worth it. Food was lovely and staff friendly too ??There was a an area to eat in too.

The Penrhos Arms
Holyhead rd, LlanfairpwllgwngyllBeen coming here for many years and always had great food. Not been for a few months so got a shock last night to find that it’s now an Indian restaurant (the bar is still the same). Food was great and the staff really pleasant. But just thought I’d give a heads up on here!

5 High St, Brynsiencyn, LlanfairpwllgwyngyllHaving travelled 5 hours from North Yorkshire, we decided to have a take away. Bloody marvellous. Nice and tasty and superbly cooked. The delivery was quick and the price was good. Cant praise our food enough. It was fantastic. We are here for a week and will be having another take away from this place. Weve given it 5 stars because of tje quality of food, delivery and the friendly staff
