Had our first Sunday lunch from here today. A nice meal but what happened to the promised sprouts? Also needed more gravy but all in all not bad I would have given an extra star if we had received everything we ordered.
Scampi's lacks the quality of say Shilingford's, and strays away from the classical chippy in many ways, however retains relative affordability, convenience, and a style of its own. The chips here are not the typical chip shop chips, they are smaller type chips- not fries, but a synthesis of fries and chip-shop chips.
