Love this place! Genuine Italian cooking, practically cooked before your very eyes, and as genuine as can be - and I am Italian born, bred and raised in Rome! - The owner is a charming, engaging man with a lifetime's experience in running his own restaurants, both, in Italy and here in Newport. This was our first visit - and what a delight it was. A truly intimate 'hidden-away' experience. My wife is Italian American and we are both learning the language, so it was a treat to be able to chat with the owner Mario. The food and service were both fantastico! The prices are very reasonable and the menu is extensive. Altogether delicious and charming. Recommended!

Visited here last night with family & as always had great food , excellent service in a relaxed atmosphere. Very reasonably priced for 6 of us including drinks . Really lovely authentic Italian restaurant !!!!!
