We are regular customers to the Otter for the Sunday carvery. It's always a delicious meal, great value and really good service from the staff. We usually dine as a group of adults and children and the food is always delicious. Sometimes there can be a bit of a queue at the bar for drinks and food ordering but it never takes too long. We visited for the festive meal. On arrival we were shown to our table, which was decorated lovely with crackers, Christmas serviettes and looked very festive.Once all our party arrived a member of staff came to see if we were ready for our food and checked we had enough drinks.
