We were staying nearby at the Celtic manor hotel but chose to head to the rib for dinner using a gift dining experience we had. This included a 3 course meal for 3 but we also had our 2 children come to. We all love the cosy feel and friendly atmosphere at the rib. It feels special but also homely and a nice place to be as a family. Our server Faith was very friendly and looked after us all well. Lovely afternoon tea, nice to have something a bit original instead of the usual sad sandwiches! Not often that I am equally impressed by the sweet and savoury offerings! Service was warm and friendly, and the setting is really comfortable and modern.

Love the atmosphere, really nice subtle lighting for a romantic night. Staff were super friendly but there was one let down. We booked a table for 2 at 20:15, we were shown to our table and all was great. Amy was our server for the night but sadly we were let down because although we were seated 15 minutes before another table they were served before us.
