we recently visited Usk on a family vacation and wanted to share an amazing experience we had. On our way back from a day out, we found a local Fish & Chip shop called Goyte Fish Bar. From the moment we walk in, we received the warmest of welcomes. They asked if we were locals and after mentioning we were on holiday, they gave us lots of ideas and tips on what to see in the area. What a great experience, went here for fish and chips which were excellent - freshly cooked while we waited. The staff were amazingly friendly, even threw in a free sausage for our dog and made us a cup of tea while we waited. Massive choice of food on the menu and very reasonably priced. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.
