We discovered this place while passing through town. It is a fascinating local Coffee House in the middle of Wales in Pontypool. It is tenderly embracing local culture and traditions as well as tastefully blending them with a slight twist of Russian cuisine, which is very touching especially because Pontypool is situated just two miles down the road from a town called Sebastopol, named after a Russian city.
