I love Costa, the staff work as a team and is a calm environment. The food is lovely and the coffee is amazing, plus I bought a hot chocolate powder tub from them too, which is divine with some pumpkin spice in it. Thanks costa pontypridd

Had a lacklustre coffee, like many others. The tables were speckled with sugar. It was a reliably soulless experience. I felt like an extra in a low budget daytime soap opera. Will possibly visit a few more times next year, as I live in the town. I probably won't be the instigator of planning the visit. I purchased a great pair of pure wool trousers for £2.25 in Hope Rescue, my coffee cost considerably more.
