Quick, friendly service with seating indoors and some outside. Definitely recommend.This Costa does all the coffees, hit chocolates and cold drinks you can get anywhere with a good selection of cakes and now the m&s food.
It's tough to give this place a bad rating when the staff are so uber friendly and customer-focused, but the one gripe I have with this place is the dirty cutlery.One of the rare occasions when I actually have a cake and I had to send the cutlery back only for it to be replaced with just as dirty knife, fork and spoon.Sort the dishwasher, and you can get your 5 star review.

I don't really use Costa all that often as I'm not a coffee drinker, but from what I have noticed when meeting with clients this store has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff are always polite. It's been so busy that there's nowhere to sit but there's always a fair few people in there which to me is a good indication of how good a place is.
