Great coffee, Great Tomato soup and Drink and Cake deal. Plus the staff are friendly and always busy either serving customers or cleaning the shop. Good Luck to a great British institution!!!!!!
Went for the day as we were visiting went for old time sake of cause this shop wasn't here when we were there last but I'm delighted to say they had ice slicers my all time favourite unfortunately and sad to say shamefully we don't have them in London so we made the most of them here the staff were very helpful and friendly. When we visit again we are sure to go again even if it is for the ice slice.

Good value, great food but understaffed for volume of customers and beware to check what you are entitled to before and after using your app as it often doesn't show all your purchases and sometimes although showing your entitled to an item it won't always allow it,very annoying for the staff and customers.
