Amazing place , great spacious suites ,,, stayed down by the lake , lovely ,, good size pool and jacuzzi , Great breakfast , pleasant staff ,, Only issue is a long walk to the restaurants from where I was staying when it rains !!! lol

The food was all surprisingly great, both at dinner and breakfast.Service was excellent at all times, warm and understanding.My only complaint would be the lighting and decor of the dining room for dinner service. It very much has breakfast room vibes.

So glad this has been taken over and with some needed investment. Staff provide a lovely welcome and they remain engaged. Food is so much better, a different league altogether. I am sure the atmosphere will come with time as word gets round and people start to return to this village pub.

Kudos to the new owners and staff. A massive improvement.
